BY JOINING ONE OF OUR WINE CLUBS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• You are at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for a wine delivery.
• You agree to a minimum one-year commitment to the wine club. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if the one-year commitment is not met before the membership is canceled.
• Paid allocations must be picked up within 45 days of release. After 45 days the allocation will be shipped to the address on file and the shipping cost will be charged to the card on file. 
• Your credit card will be billed for the quarterly shipment approximately two days before the scheduled pickup begins.  If you want to swap out or add any of the wines in the Quarterly Allotments, you must do so online PRIOR to your credit card being charged.  
• If you choose to ship your wine rather than pick it up at the Tasting Room, your credit card will be charged for the shipping charges.

**If you missed the deadline to swap out or add wines and would like to make changes please let one our associates know and we will assist you with your request when you come in to pick up your wine.
