2019 Cooper's Red
Named for our owner's beloved pooch, Cooper this spicy red blend features a bold bell pepper taste that comes from the Carménère grapes that form the wine's base. Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc add notes of stone fruit. The front palate is round and bold, while the back palate is tannic and sharp.
Cooper’s Red - This year’s Cooper’s Red is an 85% Carménère based red blend, with Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc making up the balance. Carménère, which is native to Chile, gives the wine a distinct nose and flavor of Bell Pepper. This unique blend has flavors of red stone fruit, raspberry, and green peppercorns as well.
